Recent stats have shown that 53% of Gen Z identify as neurodivergent; and yet, neurodiversity has historically lacked visibility and understanding within the workplace. Professional barriers to inclusion and equity have limited the success of neurodivergent talent.
Unmasking Neurodiversity workshop is an opportunity for progressive organizations and their leaders to increase their understanding of neurodiversity; elevate the neurodivergent voices amongst us; and take forward steps in creating more inclusive workplace cultures.
Program Overview
Unmasking Neurodiversity workshop is for diverse teams, communities, and organizations invested in developing their talent, building cross-functional relationships, and fostering psychologically safe workplaces. The workshop amplifies the work of the ERGs and BRGs, e.g. the internal communities for neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, parents, and disabled populations.
